The grapes for this wine come from a parcel located on the top of the slope, where they enjoy plenty of sunshine. The fruit is harvested with maturity when the bunches are full and ripe.
This sweet wine is a pale yellow color, with a nose of ripe apricots and candied fruit and surprising freshness and elegance. It has excellent cellaring potential and can be kept for at least twenty years.

Grape variety: 100% Chenin.
Terroir: muddy clay soils, parcels located on the slope of the “Les Portes Vertes” locality.
