Honoré de Balzac said “Moncontour is my predilection”, and this vintage dry wine is a wonderful tribute to him.
As the result of careful bunch selection during hand harvesting, and the blending of the best parcels which are vinified separately, this wine has a crystalline yellow color and slightly toasty nose and will appeal by the finesse of its bubbles and its freshness.

Grape variety: 100% Chenin.
Terroir: siliceous clay soils; 5-6 hectares near to Château Moncontour.
